Sam qualified from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 1988 and has been a registered architect for over 25 years. He has worked in the UK, particularly Edinburgh, London and the South West, as well as abroad for a series of private clients and architectural practices, focussing on individual homes, multiple unit housing schemes, office and retail.

Over this time Sam has acquired specialised knowledge of the planning process and a detailed understanding of contract law and project management. Sam’s style leans towards the contemporary but his approach is to always engage with his clients in a collaborative and constructive relationship.
